My name is Dr Vicky Kavadi-Roach and I am a fully qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist and BABCP accredited CBT therapist working in Chelmsford. Essex CM2. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I have worked in the NHS for nearly twenty years in both community and inpatient services and am currently working in a community perinatal service in London.

I have extensive experience of assessing and treating adults with a range of mental health problems of different degrees of complexity from mild to very severe anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, work related stress, loss and bereavement. Additionally, I specialize in perinatal mental health working with mothers and mothers-to-be as well as their partners covering conditions such as birth trauma, antenatal/postnatal depression and anxiety.

I have a particular interest in working with both longstanding and single trauma focusing on the development of coping strategies as a precursor to processing difficult emotions.

I abide by the professional and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP, BPS and HCPC and I have full professional indemnity insurance and current DBS clearance.
