My name is Elaine and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with additional post-graduate training in Humanistic Counselling and Health and Social Welfare. My regular weekly clinics are held in Speldhurst, Kent, TN3. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

With over twenty years experience working as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I have expertise in treating a range of anxiety and depression related problems. I have specialist interests in OCD, phobias, low self esteem and depression.

I work on an integrative basis, supporting short-term therapeutic needs as well as longer term underlying problems.

I have a gentle and collaborative approach to therapy and I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for my clients to work through their problems.

In addition to my NHS and private client work, I provide clinical supervision to other psychotherapists and I am an external examiner for the Applied Psychology Department at Canturbury University.

I am a fully accredited member of both the BABCP and BACP.
