My name is Diego and I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I hold my regular weekly clinics in Fitzrovia, London W1W. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I have over 8 years’ experience in the treatment of a wide range of complex psychological problems; I work with adults and adolescents and my primary interests are in the treatment of Depression and Anxiety disorders.

In addition to CBT, I have additional specialist training / qualifications in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.

I have worked in different Primary Care settings within the NHS, including Homerton University HNS Trust and North East London NHS Foundation Trust.

I abide by the professional and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and BPS and I have full professional indemnity and current DBS clearance.
